Job summary

ICG in Warsaw is seeking a Fund Reporting Associate to join its Client Reporting team. You will produce monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc fund performance reports across multiple alternative asset strategies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will analyse fund and portfolio data, collaborate with investment, finance and data teams, and help automate reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in fund reporting or related function within asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL/ETL tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc fund performance reporting across multiple strategies.
• Prepare and maintain fund performance reports with attribution and portfolio analysis.
• Analyse data to identify trends and explain drivers of performance.
• Coordinate with Investment, Finance, Data Management and Investor Relations for reporting deadlines.
• Assist with review, approval and publication processes to meet quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting solutions.
