Job summary

ICG in Warsaw is seeking a Fund Reporting Associate to join the Client Reporting team. You will support monthly and quarterly fund performance reporting across multiple strategies, including attribution and portfolio analysis, while collaborating with Investment, Finance, Data Management and Investor Relations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, escalation of data issues and opportunities to automate reporting. 3–5 years in fund reporting with strong Excel/PowerPoint and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in fund reporting or related function within asset management.
• Experience with investment funds; exposure to private markets, private equity, private debt or real assets is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with cross-team relationships.
• Progress towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA would be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and delivery of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc fund performance reporting across multiple alternative asset strategies.
• Prepare and maintain fund performance reports, including attribution, portfolio analysis and commentary.
• Analyse fund and portfolio data to identify trends and drivers and ensure consistency of outputs.
• Coordinate with investment, finance, data management and investor relations teams to meet reporting deadlines.
• Assist with report review, approval and publication processes to meet internal quality standards.
• Respond to reporting queries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
• Contribute to enhancements of reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks.
• Support development and automation of reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Work with Data Management to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in strategic reporting initiatives and projects as required.
