HS Financial Technologies (HSFT) is a global technology and fund administration partner to alternative asset managers. We offer a leadership role as a Fund Accounting Vice President, overseeing NAV calculations, up to 30 staff, and coordinating with senior leadership to drive service excellence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance and at least 12 years in hedge fund administration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 12+ years’ Hedge Fund Administration experience at a senior level (AVP level preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in team or independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NAV calculation processes and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for fund accounting teams (up to 30 staff).
• Develop and implement system, procedural and operational enhancements.
• Manage client relationships and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Recruit, train and evaluate fund accounting staff.
• Prepare and review financial and regulatory reports.
