HS Financial Technologies is seeking a Fund Accounting Assistant Manager to lead a NAV team and supervise up to 7 staff in a dynamic hedge fund environment. You will ensure accurate NAV calculations, supervise reconciliations, and mentor junior team members while driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership, detailed control checks, and timely client-focused responses. Hybrid/office work is offered with strong training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a hedge fund administration setting.
• Intention to pursue ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ACA is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quality control review of reconciliations (cash, position, market value).
• Oversee timely resolution of aged items and pricing reviews.
• Review corporate actions and profit/loss reports for reasonableness.
