A leading staffing agency in Poland is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Nav Valuation team within an international bank. The role involves overseeing fund accounting processes, leading a team of 8-10 members, and ensuring adherence to accounting requirements. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, Valuations or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in team management capacity.
• Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements.
• Strong understanding of Fund Accounting processes and controls.
• Fluent English; excellent communication skills.
• Good IT skills and client servicing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-10 members.
• Support the team substantively.
• Develop and improve NAV calculation workflows.

• Ensure Fund Accounting requirements are met and procedures are followed.
• Oversee internal and external audits.

Your tasks:

• Managing a team of 8‑10 members
• Substantive support of the team
• Working with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls
• Development and improvement of NAV calculation workflows and procedures
• Ensuring Fund Accounting requirements are met and procedures are followed
• Overseeing all internal or external audits
• Managing and overseeing the team on a daily basis
• Responding to queries and requests in a timely manner
• Conducting annual performance appraisals and providing regular feedback based on goals for direct reports
• Establishing solid contacts with all areas and all levels at clients' organizations as well as inter departmental

What we expect:
