Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to oversee NAV calculations, reconciliations and pricing within the fund accounting department. You will guide and mentor up to 4 Fund Accountants and coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate financial statements and client reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement and timely delivery, with training provided in AML/KYC and other mandatory programs. Remote, hybrid or office-based work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance; 3+ years’ experience in hedge fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Review cash, position and market value reconciliations.
• Identify and address break items on reconciliations.
• Review fund pricing and corporate actions.
• Review profit and loss reports for reasonableness.
• Review income and expense accruals including fee and trading accruals.
• Review fund trial balance and allocations to investors.
• Ensure compliance with defined checklists and controls.
• Support audit by preparing fund financial statements.
• Mentor Fund Accountants and develop the NAV team.
