Job summary

A global financial service provider in Poland is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to oversee the NAV calculation process and manage a team of up to 10 staff. You'll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of NAV calculations, develop key client relationships, and improve workflows. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Hedge Fund Administration and a bachelor's degree in business or finance. Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience in Hedge Fund Administration with at least 1 year at Assistant Manager Level.
• Intention to pursue professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.
