A leading hedge fund administration firm in Poland is seeking a Fund Accounting Director to oversee the NAV process, manage client transitions, and lead fund accounting teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 9 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years’ experience working with a Hedge Fund Administrator, with at least 3 at Manager level.
• Ability to positively influence team morale.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for assigned fund accounting teams.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of financial and regulatory reports.
• Understand and manage all aspects of the NAV process.
