Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to work on KYC solutions within the financial sector in Wroclaw. You will develop new functionalities, enhance existing applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions in a dynamic financial environment.

Key activities include building applications with Java and React, delivering KYC reports, and supporting regulatory reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development.
• React.js and Oracle Database experience.
• Experience in financial services, reporting, compliance, or regulatory projects.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English for international environment.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Developing and maintaining applications using Java and React
• Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector
• Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database
• Experience delivering solutions within the financial services sector, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory-related projects
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders
• Fluent Polish and advanced English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience with goAML and CTR/STR reporting
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations
