Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join a project focused on KYC solutions within the financial sector. You will develop new functionalities, enhance existing applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions.

You will work with Java, React, and Oracle to build regulatory reporting capabilities, including STR/CTR generation, while aligning with AML/KYC regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience delivering solutions in financial services, preferably in reporting/compliance.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and working with business stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English for international collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Java development
• Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database
• Experience delivering solutions within the financial services sector, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory-related projects
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders
• Fluent Polish and advanced English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience with goAML and CTR/STR reporting
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations
