Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to work on KYC solutions within the financial sector. You will develop new functionalities, enhance existing applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions.

Key tasks include building Java and React applications, creating KYC reports, and supporting STR/CTR reporting within AML systems, while adapting to regulatory changes and working with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience delivering solutions in financial services, especially reporting/compliance/regulatory projects.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and fluent Polish and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and React.
• Create KYC reports and support regulatory reporting processes.
• Enhance STR/CTR report generation within AML systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders
• Fluent Polish and advanced English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience with goAML and CTR/STR reporting
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations
