Job summary

Jit is seeking a developer/scientist to join a hybrid team in central Warsaw, building an Underwriter OS that blends React/Next.js frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, and orchestrated AI agents to transform underwriting workflows. You will create data extraction pipelines from broker documents, design prompt strategies for insurance guidelines, and deploy on Azure with CI/CD workflows.

Project

Building an Underwriter OS - a modern application that combines React/Next.js frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, and orchestrated AI agents to transform underwriting processes. The system integrates with policy administration platforms, tarification engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook. You'll develop data extraction pipelines from broker documents, build prompt engineering strategies for insurance guidelines, and deploy everything on Azure with containerized CI/CD workflows.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 2 years in Data Science/AI with at least 1 year of production deployments
• Strong React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI proficiency
