Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape next-gen onboarding flows using React.js and Python FastAPI.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to scalable, secure onboarding experiences for our clients. You will work in a hybrid model based in Kraków, with strong emphasis on clean architecture, testability, and modern tooling, including AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer focused on React.js and Python FastAPI.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable onboarding flows and APIs.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP) and third-party integrations.
• Strong English communication (C1) in multicultural teams.
• Autonomy, ownership, and mentoring capabilities; knowledge of DDD and IaC basics.
• Familiarity with Claude Code and AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture, design, build, and maintain onboarding forms and registration workflows using React.js and Python (FastAPI).
• Oversee third-party API integrations (APIs/SDKs) for reliability and collaborate with internal teams.
• Own features end-to-end — from design to production deployment.
• Communicate clearly in English across cross-functional teams to align decisions.
• Write clean, testable code adhering to SOLID and Clean Code principles.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor engineers; drive architecture improvements.
