Job summary

OANDA Krakow is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to join our tight-knit mobile team. You will work on a production, high-performance React Native codebase embedded in native iOS and Android hosts, taking features from concept to production.

You will design robust REST contracts, mentor teammates, and contribute to engineering standards in a fast-paced, hybrid setting with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mobile app development for iOS/Android.
• Senior-level React Native experience in production.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and large shared codebases.
• Experience with REST API design and integration.
• Ability to lead code reviews and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship new features for a high-performance React Native codebase embedded within native iOS and Android hosts.
• Drive architecture and code quality, lead proofs-of-concept for new patterns and improve developer experience.
• Design and align RESTful API contracts in collaboration with backend and product teams.
• Write reusable, well-tested code and own features through the full mobile SDLC.
• Elevate engineering standards via thorough code reviews and mentorship.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept to production within the first months.
