Job summary

Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with French to support recruitment and talent management in an international business services environment. The role combines hands-on sourcing, screening and stakeholder coordination across units.

You will conduct initial interviews, prepare candidate summaries, map markets, coordinate with external vendors and manage background checks, offers and HR data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Talent Operations.
• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of ATS systems and talent administration processes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / HCM and HR4You ServiceNow HRSD.
• Fluent in French and English (C1+).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening interviews and prepare candidate summaries.
• Perform direct sourcing, market mapping and candidate research.
• Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and manage contract administration.
• Manage complex candidate cases including background checks and offers.
• Maintain recruitment data quality and prepare related reports.
• Monitor service levels and candidate experience.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs.
