Job summary

Arbex, Krakow Office, is seeking a Finance/Admin professional to manage rebates, pricing, and invoicing workflows. You will work with Sales and Finance to resolve rebate queries, process invoices, and maintain pricing data across systems while upholding accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires higher education in finance or business, English and French at B2/C1, and solid Excel skills, with SAP knowledge considered advantageous.

• Higher education in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• English (B2/C1) and French (B2/C1).
• Team player with ability to interpret financial data and use Excel.
• Driven to continuously improve processes and own development.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines/tasks and maintain urgency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track and escalate rebate and pricing queries to resolution.
• Manage promotional invoices with commercial team and keep accounts up to date.
• Process credit notes based on approver indications.
• Analyze rebate audit queries from retailers and negotiate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Finance and Customers.
• Support continuous improvement activities across processes.
• Participate in pricing activities and ensure pricing systems are updated.
• Log documents in the Dispute Management System and coordinate with team.
