Job summary

Kingfisher in Kraków is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You will verify incoming PO and non-PO invoices, process daily invoices and rebates, and collaborate with other business units to ensure accurate financial data for the French market.

The role requires at least 3 years in accounting, strong MS Excel skills, and good English (minimum B2). We offer a flexible blend of home-office and office work and a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Spanish would be an advantage
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and priorities

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming PO and non-PO invoices
• Process daily invoice and rebates
• Collaborate with other teams on financial data
• Prepare calculations and analyse numerical data
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Manage end-to-end payment and rebate processes for vendors in the French market
• Monitor generic mailboxes and respond to emails promptly
• Handle vendor inquiries
• Perform other tasks assigned by Team Manager
