XTB is a global fintech leader from Poland offering online trading services. We are seeking a French-speaking client support specialist to provide excellent service and build long-term relationships with customers.

You will handle complaints, explain issues, and work with our CRM to verify records while staying informed about global financial markets and collaborating with internal teams. The role offers remote work, professional training, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

Native or proficient French (C1/C2) required.
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
High level of responsibility with multitasking ability.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Good MS Office knowledge.
Positive, proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and support for French-speaking clients.
Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers.
Resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction.
Handling and explaining complaints, both in writing and over the phone.
Monitoring developments on global financial markets.
Working with our CRM system to verify and update client database records.
Cooperating closely with external XTB branches and internal departments.
