Job summary

Atos is seeking an IT Operations professional in Poland to monitor and support 24/7 IT operations. You will supervise VTOM-based batch processing, perform first-level troubleshooting, and escalate issues according to SLA requirements.

You will communicate with French-speaking clients and work with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires VTOM experience, Linux/Windows knowledge, and strong French and English communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in VTOM for job monitoring and first-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Fluent French at C1 level or higher; strong English for documentation and communication.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift model, including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Supervise batch processing activities using VTOM.
• Identify and perform first-level troubleshooting of operational incidents.
• Escalate issues per procedures and SLA requirements.
• Communicate with French-speaking clients and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve requests.
