DXC Technology is recruiting a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to join our global HR team. Hybrid from Wroclaw with potential reassignment to Warszawa, Kraków, or Gdańsk will be considered.

The role requires HR/payroll experience, SAP proficiency, and fluent English and German (B2). You will manage HR data, provide ticketing support, ensure policy compliance and support process improvements globally.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in HR and Payroll.
• Excellent coordination and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Record HR and payroll data in the HR system
• Provide HR support via the ticketing system
• Ensure compliance with policy and legal requirements and maintain confidentiality
• Contribute to process improvements and project work related to HR/payroll
