Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee end-to-end processes, coordinating between internal teams and external partners in a bilingual English-French environment.

You will support efficient operations, manage requests, and ensure accurate execution within an international network. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced French and English language skills.
• Experience in operational processes (administrative coordination, transportation, finance, or supply services).
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming requests and ensure timely processing within internal systems.
• Manage process lifecycle activities including validation, follow-up, and adjustments.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
• Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data accuracy and track transactions in relevant systems.
• Identify areas for process optimization and continuous improvement.

We are recruiting a role focused on coordinating of supply chain flows and ensuring seamless process between internal teams and external partners. This job requires to be able to work both in English and French to strongly support our teams in a network organization. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, managing requests, and supporting the end-to-end execution of business processes in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities Would Include
