Job summary

TE Connectivity in Kraków is offering a Customer Service Intern with SAP experience. You will process orders, support the team, and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth delivery.

This paid internship requires attention to detail, fast learning, and solid communication in English (B2); French is a plus. Flexible hours and on-site presence once a week are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders in SAP and cooperation with the Back Office team.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and queries.
• Tracking orders and delivery dates for customers.
• Performing administrative tasks and providing support with reporting.
• Taking part in internal projects on an ad-hoc basis.
• Working closely with internal & external customers.
