Job summary

AMS is seeking a French-speaking Team Leader for Early Careers & Campus in Poland on a 6-month project. You will lead recruiters and coordinators, ensuring delivery of campus and early careers programmes while coaching the team and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will drive recruitment delivery, governance, and high-quality candidate experiences, collaborating with regional delivery centers to meet client SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in RPO, agency, in-house, or Talent Acquisition environments.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment programmes, ideally Early Careers, Campus, Graduate, or Emerging Talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve recruitment goals and service excellence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and development discussions.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and career development initiatives.
• Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning to ensure optimal productivity.
• Act as an escalation point for recruitment challenges and provide guidance on complex hiring situations.
• Oversee end-to-end early careers and campus recruitment: attraction, assessment, offers, onboarding.
• Drive exceptional candidate experience and continuous improvement in processes.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and strategic guidance on talent attraction and hiring approaches.
• Ensure recruitment data is maintained in real-time and compliant with governance standards.
