Job summary

MAHLE Ostrów Wielkopolski is seeking a Freight Cost Auditor to control transportation and warehousing costs across Europe. In this hybrid role, you will validate invoices, investigate discrepancies, and produce reports, coordinating with logistics centers, freight forwarders, and Finance teams.

Excellent collaboration with international stakeholders and accurate cost processing are key, with 50% home office after probation.

Qualifications

Fluent English required; German or another foreign language is a plus.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
High attention to detail and ownership.
Logistics experience is advantageous.
SAP and ReadSoft knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Verify freight, shuttle, and warehousing invoices and cost assignments.
Investigate invoice discrepancies related to transportation and warehousing services.
Prepare reports on processed, pending, and overdue invoices.
Monitor daily invoice processing activities and status.
Collaborate with freight forwarders, vendors, MAHLE logistics centers, and Finance teams.
Clarify missing or inaccurate invoice details and delivery docs.
Follow up on unpaid invoices with internal and external partners.
Support booking, validation, and control of logistics costs.
