Our client is building a new Shared Services Centre in Poland as part of its Global Finance organisation. You’ll join the Centre of Excellence team and work in an international environment, supporting global freight audit and accounts payable processes.

Accounts Payable Specialist – Freight Audit

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist – Freight Audit to join the team responsible for the accurate and timely validation of global freight and transportation invoices.

In this role, you’ll verify freight charges against contracted rates, tariffs and shipment data, investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate dispute resolution with logistics providers. You’ll work closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Logistics and Finance teams to prevent overpayments, improve cost transparency and ensure compliance with established processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Accounts Payable, invoice verification or logistics finance who enjoys analytical work, solving discrepancies and contributing to process improvements in an international environment.
