Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an AR/AP Coordinator in Gdańsk to support our European road freight operations. You will issue client invoices, monitor collections, resolve carrier inquiries, and help improve AR/AP processes across Europe.

The role suits someone with a few years of freight forwarding or logistics finance experience, able to work with moderate supervision, and ready to collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of AR/AP experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL.
• Hands-on exposure to road freight transactions across Europe (LTL/FTL/partial/groupage).
• Working knowledge of European invoicing, payment terms, and collections.
• Fluent English and Polish; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Issue client invoices accurately and timely per contracts and country rules.
• Manage delivery of invoices via email, client portal, EDI, or manifest.
• Own AR aging, monitor balances, drive collections, and follow terms.
• Serve as primary contact for client billing inquiries.
• Field carrier payment inquiries and maintain carrier relationships.
• Identify process improvements to boost invoicing, collections, and settlements.
• Train Operations team on AR/AP processes and hand-offs.
