Job summary

Aricoma is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join the ICT Architecture Team in Warsaw. You will design and govern ICT solution architectures, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and lead architecture activities across the system lifecycle.

Job description

As part of the ICT Architecture Team, you will play a key role in designing strategic and operational architectures, driving integration initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and govern ICT solution architectures


• Transform business and technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions


• Lead architecture activities throughout the system lifecycle


• Design enterprise integration platforms, APIs, connectors, and service bus solutions


• Produce architecture artefacts, technical documentation, and stakeholder presentations


• Support technical evaluations, solution reviews, testing, and troubleshooting


• Advise development teams on architecture best practices and technology choices


• Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise architecture landscape

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of professional IT experience


• 5+ years in a similar architecture role


• 2+ years as an Application Architect


• Experience as a key architect in at least one enterprise-wide integration platform deployment

• API and data integration architecture


• Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions


• TIBCO or MuleSoft platforms


• SOA and integration patterns


• UML and ArchiMate modelling


• Hybrid and cloud integrations


• DevSecOps practices


• Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected Framework

Certifications

at least two of the following certifications (or equivalent internationally recognised alternatives):

• TIBCO Certified Associate


• Certified SOA Architect
