Job summary

TULA Consulting in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Application and Integration Architect for a freelance engagement to design enterprise architectures across cloud, on‑premise and hybrid environments.

You will lead API and integration pattern design, evaluate platforms like TIBCO or MuleSoft, and ensure security, performance and scalability throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Professional English with recognised certification.
• At least two of the professional certifications specified for the assignment.

Application and Integration Architect – Freelance

• Design enterprise application, integration and data architectures
• Architect APIs, integration flows, connectors and service bus solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust solution designs
• Design integrations across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments
• Define architecture standards, patterns and technical documentation
• Evaluate technologies such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, containers and serverless solutions
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
• Review solutions for security, performance, scalability and quality
• Communicate architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders
• At least 8 years of professional IT experience
• At least 5 years in an Application, Integration, Solution or Enterprise Architect role
• Experience as a key architect in an enterprise-wide integration-platform implementation
• Strong expertise in APIs, data and systems integration
• Experience with TIBCO, MuleSoft or an equivalent integration platform
• Knowledge of SOA, cloud architecture, containerisation, serverless technologies and DevSecOps
• Practical experience with UML, ArchiMate and architecture-modelling tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
• Professional English supported by a recognised certification
• At least two of the professional certifications specified for the assignment
