Job summary

Flying Bisons, a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company, seeks a talented freelance Graphic Designer to join our network for social media graphics, brand identity projects, and visual campaigns.

You will collaborate with researchers, strategists, designers, and developers to create visuals, animations, and case-study visuals, delivering on-brand concepts with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience in brand identity design and visual storytelling.
• Excellent aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and time management.
• Experience using AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media and digital campaigns.

Scope of tasks:

• Designing graphics for social media, providing creative concepts, conducting photoshoots, and art direction that align with our brand standards and messaging goals
• Developing graphics for internal initiatives (events, meetups etc)
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team tCreating visuals for case studies
• Effectively managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and project requirements
• Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
• Creating animations

What skills and experience do we expect?

• 2/3+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficiency with design software, including Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc
• Experience in brand identity design.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and awareness of prevailing trends.
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proactive attitude; you solve problems and figure things out
• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects
• Knowledge and experience in working with AI

Nice to have:

• Experience in illustration/motion design would be an additional asset
