Job summary

Strategy's in-house design team seeks a Senior Graphic Designer who blends strong craft in graphic and motion design with hands-on GenAI experience. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director on high-visibility briefs, including CEO initiatives, and help shape how the team uses AI.

Based in Warsaw, you’ll contribute to brand evolution, templates, and scalable design systems while collaborating with leadership on strategic projects in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional graphic and/or content design experience with a portfolio.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; Canva is a bonus.
• GenAI experience in real production with shipped assets.
• Strong creative thinking, especially for social media content.
• Solid print production knowledge for large-format materials.
• Systems thinking: build templates, kits and libraries.
• Confident presenting design rationale to senior leadership.
• Autonomous work through ambiguity with fast feedback.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
• Based in Warsaw, in-office three days a week.

About the role

Strategy's In-houseDesign Team creates the visual work behind the company's global brand, from flagship Strategy World conferences and industry events to campaigns, product launches and executive communications. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong craft in graphic and motion design with hands-on, production-grade GenAI experience. You'll work directly with the Creative Director on high-visibility briefs, including CEO and leadership-initiated projects, and help define how a modern creative team works with AI.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex print and digital design projects, from campaigns and events to presentations, corporate materials and digital assets.
• Apply expert knowledge of integrated design across channels, products and audiences, ensuring brand consistency while contributing to the evolution of our visual identity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to promote and maintain adherence to brand and visual guidelines.
• Build and maintain templates, asset libraries and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Lead creative ideation and brainstorming to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Use GenAI tools in real production, with proven examples of AI-generated assets successfully shipped.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality design execution and production.
• Work independently while also collaborating closely with the Creative Director and company leadership on strategic and high-impact projects.
• Analyze existing visual materials, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to strengthen our design capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on brand application, championing and evolving brand standards and guidelines across both physical and digital environments.

What you bring

• 6+ years of professional graphic and/or content design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating design, brand, event, campaign and digital work at scale.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, ); Canva proficiency is a bonus.
• Proven GenAI experience in real production environments, not just experimentation, with examples of AI-generated assets that have been successfully shipped.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, especially in the area of social media content.
• Solid print production knowledge, including large-format materials and event collateral.
• Systems thinking - you build templates, kits and libraries, not just one-off assets.
• Confidence presenting design rationale to non-design audiences, including senior leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously through ambiguity while incorporating fast, iterative feedback.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
• Based in Warsaw and able to work from the office three days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom AI model workflows or GenAI tooling built for internal teams.
• Basic HTML/JS or vibe-coding experience.
• A background in B2B tech, fintech or Bitcoin/crypto brands.
• Experience mentoring junior or mid-level designers.
