Job summary

DogSuppy is seeking a remote, Polish-speaking customer support specialist to assist customers via email, live chat, and social media. This freelance role offers evenings and weekends as discussed, with fully remote work from Poland.

You will receive extensive onboarding to advise on our products, help with orders, shipments, and returns, and resolve issues professionally. Independence, accuracy, and a dog-health affinity are valued, along with a reliable laptop and internet connection.

Qualifications

• Native Polish speaker (or fluent)
• Good command of English
• Experience in customer support or e-commerce
• Affinity with dogs; dog health knowledge is a plus
• Own laptop and stable internet connection
• Independent, accurate, solution-oriented
• Friendly, professional, error-free communication

Responsibilities

Who are we looking for?

• You are a native Polish speaker or speak and write Polish at a native level.
• You have a good command of English.
• You have experience in customer support or e-commerce.
• You have an affinity with dogs.
• Do you have a dog yourself or experience with dog health? That is a plus.
• You communicate in a friendly, professional and error-free manner.
• You work independently, accurately and think in solutions.
• You have your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
