Jit is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Fraud Prevention to support fraud detection and prevention within claims and benefits. You will work with business stakeholders, operational teams, and IT to translate needs into effective system solutions and enhance anti-fraud capabilities.

The role requires a strong background in fraud management, requirements gathering, and insurance processes, with collaboration across teams to improve efficiency and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• 3+ years in fraud prevention, analytics, risk management, or financial crime.
• Experience in insurance claims and benefits processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Build and enhance anti-fraud capabilities to detect patterns and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and business testing activities.
