Job summary

BNP Paribas S.A. (Branch in Poland) seeks a Fund Accounting Senior/Specialist in Private Capital with French to join our Warsaw/Krakow center.

You will analyze and bookkeep cash movements, inter-company transactions, invoices and investment related entries to deliver final NAV to clients. You will coordinate fund accounting processes, lead process improvements, review peers, ensure proper documentation and maintain rigorous risk controls.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French.
• Previous accounting experience in fund or financial services.
• Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and bookkeep cash movements, inter-company trades, invoices and investment entries.
• Ensure deadlines are met to deliver NAV to clients.
• Coordinate fund accounting processes and strengthen controls.
• Lead process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Review colleagues' work and provide guidance.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
