Zusammenfassung

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Documentalist / Reporting Analyst to capture and enrich commercial real estate transaction data for the French market. Based at the Warsaw Spire, this role offers hybrid work with 3 days a week in the office and close collaboration with teams in Poland and France.

You will develop skills in market research, data management, and real estate information systems while working in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in French at C1 level or native proficiency.
• Professional working knowledge of English (B2 level minimum).
• Strong information research and data verification skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic database tools.
• Genuine curiosity about commercial real estate markets.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data sources.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities across geographies.
• Ability to work autonomously after training.

Aufgaben

• Research and document commercial real estate transactions across office, retail, logistics, and industrial sectors in France.
• Extract and verify property information from French land registry records.
• Conduct systematic press research to identify market-moving transactions and developments.
• Input and validate transaction data using specialized CRE information management software.
• Collaborate daily with Data-stewards and Research teams in France to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in department meetings and data quality initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Verify and transcribe complex property information with precision.
• Support database enhancement projects to improve data quality and coverage.
