Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our Global Shared Services team. You will perform managerial accounting, reporting, and planning tasks, analyze data, and drive fact-based decisions while maintaining strong controls.

The ideal candidate has a finance degree, 4+ years of experience including finance analysis, and experience with BI systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 3 year performing finance analysis.
• Experience in service delivery model environment.
• Experience in working with BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex managerial accounting and reporting actuals and planning tasks.
• Own resolution of open issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet and P&L and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze performance versus budget and forecast.
• Benchmark KPIs with internal and external peers.
• Support Business Controller with timely insights.
• Participate in planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed.

Your daily tasks may include:

• executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks
• addressing open issues independently and taking ownership of resolution
• safeguarding the quality of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation process
• optimizing processes and own performance to increase productivity
• performing various analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast
• benchmarking of KPIs with external and internal peers and explaining variances
• analyzing financial data to facilitate fact-based decision-making
• ensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible Business Controller
• monitoring controlling datasets by tracking activity, resolving problems, ensuring data consistency
• taking part in planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designing and implementing in line with Group and unit requirements
• maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
• demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers and P&VA process
• frequent and regular meetings with stakeholders.

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 3 year performing finance analysis
• experience of working in service delivery model environment
• experience in working with BI systems.

• knowledge of FOCF (Free Operating Cash Flow).
