Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) seeks a senior finance professional to support managerial accounting, reporting, and planning processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.

The role requires 4+ years of finance experience, a degree in finance or accounting, and BI tool knowledge; ACCA/CIMA qualifications are a plus. You will drive data-driven decision making and maintain audit trails and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 3 year performing finance analysis.
• Experience of working in service delivery model environment.
• Experience in working with BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Executing complex managerial accounting and reporting actuals and planning tasks.
• Addressing open issues independently and taking ownership of resolution.
• Safeguarding the quality of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation process.
• Performing various analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.
• Benchmarking KPIs with external and internal peers and explaining variances.

Your Daily Tasks May Include

• executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks
• addressing open issues independently and taking ownership of resolution
• safeguarding the quality of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation process
• optimizing processes and own performance to increase productivity
• performing various analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast
• benchmarking of KPIs with external and internal peers and explaining variances
• analyzing financial data to facilitate fact-based decision-making
• ensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible Business Controller
• monitoring controlling datasets by tracking activity, resolving problems, ensuring data consistencytaking part in planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designing and implementing in line with Group and unit requirements
• maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
• demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers and P&VA process
• frequent and regular meetings with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 3 year performing finance analysis
