Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a Finance Analyst/Controller to join our growing team of finance professionals. You will handle complex accounting tasks, build analyses, and support planning and forecasting to drive data-based decisions.

You will work with BI systems, engage with stakeholders, and help maintain high standards for balance sheet and P&L reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 3 years performing finance analysis.
• Experience in a service delivery model environment.
• Experience in working with BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex managerial accounting and reporting actuals and planning tasks.
• Address open issues independently and take ownership of resolution.
• Safeguard the quality of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation process.
• Optimize processes and own performance to increase productivity.
• Perform various analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast.
• Benchmark KPIs with external and internal peers and explain variances.
• Analyze financial data to facilitate fact-based decision-making.
• Provide adequate support to the Business Controller.
• Monitor controlling datasets by tracking activity and ensuring data consistency.
• Participate in planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Design and implement controls in line with Group and unit requirements.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation; ensure SOPs and SLAs/KPIs are met.

Your daily tasks may include:

• executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks

• ensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible Business Controller
• monitoring controlling datasets by tracking activity, resolving problems, ensuring data consistency

• ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designing and implementing in line with Group and unit requirements
• maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
• demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers and P&VA process
• frequent and regular meetings with stakeholders.
