Responsibilities
  • coordinating, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of FP&A processes, including month-end closing, budgeting (SP, AP), and forecasting (RoFo)
  • conducting advanced financial analysis to support decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis with strong focus on business insights
  • preparing and presenting impactful financial reports, dashboards and data-driven storytelling to OpCo stakeholders
  • acting as a trusted financial advisor and main contact point for senior stakeholders (FD, Business Controllers, A&R Manager, Heads of Departments), building strong and credible relationships
  • driving transformation initiatives focused on process automation, reporting standardization and efficiency improvements (e.g., reducing manual work, enhancing tools & automation)
  • leading and supporting knowledge sharing, mentoring and guidance within the FP&A team
  • identifying complex business challenges, developing actionable solutions and balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail
  • collaborating cross-functionally to understand business needs and provide financial expertise supporting strategic decisions
  • ensuring compliance with accounting standards, financial controls and company policies
  • supporting team coordination and, when applicable, leading and developing team members, fostering accountability and effective delegation
  • handling any other tasks assigned by the FP&A Manager/Senior FP&A Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • master’s degree in finance, accounting or similar
  • CIMA/ACCA qualification (or in progress) is a strong asset
  • minimum 4 years of experience in controlling, financial planning & analysis, or related finance roles
  • strong financial analysis and budgeting/forecasting expertise with solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • excellent stakeholder management, communication and data storytelling & presentation skills
  • ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • experience in driving process improvements, automation and transformation initiatives
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and big-picture thinking skills, combined with attention to detail and execution focus
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • leadership potential, with people management or mentoring experience being a strong asset
  • experience with FP&A systems (SAP, Oracle or Anaplan)
  • Power BI knowledge will be a strong advantage.
