Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) seeks a seasoned finance professional to manage complex accounting, reporting and planning tasks to ensure accurate service delivery. You will drive analysis, governance and insightful reporting within a dynamic shared services environment.

You will work on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI benchmarking, providing fact-based recommendations while maintaining compliance with local and global standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 5 years performing finance analysis.
• Experience working in a service delivery model environment.
• Very good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex managerial accounting and reporting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Safeguard the quality of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation process by maintaining governance.
• Analyze business performance versus budget/forecast and benchmark KPIs; explain variances.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support fact-based decisions.
• Provide dedicated support to the Business Controller.
• Coordinate preparation of organization planning, budgeting and forecasting per governance; validate data and reports.

Your Daily Tasks May Include

• executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addressing open issues independently and supporting resolution
• safeguarding the quality of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation process by maintaining effective governance in place
• performing complex analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers and explaining variances
• analyzing financial data and providing valuable business insights to ensure fact-based decisions
• ensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible Business Controller
• defining and coordinating preparation of relevant organization planning, budgeting and forecasting in line with local & global governance. validating accuracy of plan data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions
• ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
• maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 5 year performing finance analysis
• experience of working in service delivery model environment
• experience in working with BI systems
• very good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles.
