Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting across the business. You will partner with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain to drive performance, develop dashboards and support senior leadership with strategic insights.

The role requires a master’s degree in finance or accounting, 8+ years of experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, or finance-focused project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Very good understanding of financial statements, controlling practices and accounting principles.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical, decision-making and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and credibility across organizational levels.
  • Strong data storytelling, presentation and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Teams and SharePoint; Copilot familiarity is a plus.
  • People management experience including coaching and development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of FP&A processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • Conducting financial and business analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business case evaluation.
  • Preparing high-quality performance reports, management presentations and Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Monitoring cost drivers, material consumption, procurement outlooks, and cash performance.
  • Driving transformation initiatives, standardizing processes, and pursuing automation and efficiency gains.
  • Leading data processing improvements and enhancing financial planning tools across regions and OpCos.
  • Providing insights to Senior Finance management on strategic topics and ad hoc analyses.
  • Identifying and solving complex business and financial challenges with alternative solutions.
  • Building strong business partnering relationships with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
  • Recruiting, developing, and coaching a high-performing FP&A team.

Your Daily Tasks May Include
  • coordinating, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of FP&A HGP Business Control processes, including monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc activities
  • conducting comprehensive financial and business analysis to support decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis and business case evaluation
  • preparing and ensuring the quality and consistency of performance reports, management presentations and Power BI dashboards for HGP stakeholders
  • monitoring and analyzing key cost drivers, material consumption, procurement outlooks, cash performance and input cost developments across the organization
  • driving transformation initiatives, process standardization and continuous improvement projects focused on automation, efficiency gains and reduction of manual activities
  • leading initiatives to improve data processing, reporting capabilities and financial planning tools across HGP, Regions and OpCos
  • providing valuable insights and analytical support to Senior Finance Management on strategic and ad hoc business topics
  • identifying and solving complex business and financial challenges by generating and evaluating alternative solutions
  • building strong business partnering relationships with key stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning and Business Control functions
  • supporting decision-making processes through financial expertise, business insights and effective stakeholder management
  • identifying capability gaps and driving functional development initiatives within the FP&A organization
  • recruiting, developing, coaching and empowering a team of direct reports while fostering a high-performance culture.
You Are a Good Match If You Have
  • master’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • minimum 8 years of experience in business controlling, financial planning & analysis, business case evaluation and finance-related project delivery
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • very good understanding of financial statements, controlling practices and accounting principles
  • strong business acumen supported by analytical, decision-making and change management capabilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to gain credibility and establish trust across different organizational levels
  • strong data storytelling, presentation and reporting skills
  • a problem-solving mindset with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • experience working with Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Teams and SharePoint; familiarity with Copilot and programming concepts will be an advantage
  • people management experience, including coaching, developing and leading teams
  • excellent written and verbal English skills.
