Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a senior finance professional to drive managerial accounting, reporting and planning processes. You will safeguard balance sheet integrity and provide insight-driven analyses to support fact-based decisions.

You have 6+ years of relevant experience with a finance or accounting degree, and familiarity with BI systems. CIMA or ACCA is a plus, in a challenging service-delivery environment in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 5 years performing finance analysis.
• Experience in a service delivery model environment.
• Very good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintaining Balance Sheet reconciliation governance and quality.
• Performing variance analysis and benchmarking with KPIs.
• Analyzing financial data to provide business insights for fact-based decisions.
• Providing dedicated support to the Business Controller.
• Coordinating planning, budgeting and forecasting with local and global governance; validating data accuracy.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addressing open issues independently and supporting resolution.
• Safeguarding the quality of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation process by maintaining effective governance in place.
• Performing complex analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers and explaining variances.
• Analyzing financial data and providing valuable business insights to ensure fact‑based decisions.
• Ensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible Business Controller.
• Defining and coordinating preparation of relevant organization planning, budgeting and forecasting in line with local & global governance. Validating accuracy of plan data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.
• Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.
• Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.

• Experience of working in service delivery model environment.
• Experience in working with BI systems.
• Very good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles.
