Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking an FP&A/Controlling professional to support period-end closing, analyze orders, sales and P&L, and prepare insightful management dashboards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain master data, and contribute to FP&A process improvements in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, statistics or mathematics.
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify issues.
• Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making.
• Good problem solving, prioritization and focus on details.
• IT skills: advanced Excel, SAP/Oracle and BI tools.
• Good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support period-end closing activities in line with company requirements.
• Perform analysis of orders, sales and P&L against prior year and forecasts.
• Prepare management dashboards with insights and value-added comments.
• Support ad hoc analyses and provide granular data.
• Assist in business review preparations and master data maintenance.
• Help drive FP&A process improvements and change management.
