Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking an FP&A/Controlling professional to support period-end closing, perform P&L analyses, and develop management dashboards. You will interact with stakeholders across finance and operations, contribute to forecasting, and drive process improvements within a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a degree in finance or related fields, strong Excel and SAP/Oracle skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, statistics, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling or finance roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at various levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to summarize complex financial information for decision making.
• Excellent problem solving, prioritization, and objective-focused work.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP/Oracle knowledge and BI tools experience; MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent in English with good written and spoken communication.
• Passion for continuous improvements and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely period-end closing activities in line with requirements.
• Perform Orders, Sales and P&L analysis vs prior year, rolling forecasts and targets.
• Prepare Management dashboards with insights and value-added comments.
• Produce ad hoc analyses and deliver granular data to support business needs.
• Assist in business review preparations and master data maintenance.
• Support team with improvement/change management projects and FP&A process enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to digitalization and transformation initiatives.
