Your IMPACT
As a Business Finance Analyst you will be a trusted financial partner for Global Supply Chain teams, transforming data into actionable insights that support operational excellence. Through financial analysis, cost management, and performance monitoring you will help optimize manufacturing and logistics activities, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to driving efficiency, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely performance of period‑end closing activities in line with company requirements.
- Report monthly and quarterly results in ERP/EPM systems and analyse the figures.
- Input data, maintain and contribute to the development of reports in Business Intelligence tools.
- Provide support to close collaboration with Business Finance Controllers in analysing reported data.
- Support the business by digging into different systems and providing granular data for analysis/reports.
- Improve processes and usage of tools: leverage system capabilities, increase automation, and deliver efficiencies.
- Actively participate in quarterly and yearly campaigns, including rolling forecast preparation.
Your Profile
- Relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis or finance projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity.
- Good collaboration and ability to interact with business leaders at various organisational levels.
- Ability to work with personal accountability and ownership.
- Ability to organise, summarise and articulate complex financial information for decision making.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies, flagging risks and opportunities.
- Strong can‑do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in a multi‑stakeholder environment and BI tools.
- Good command of English.
- Advanced knowledge of Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, data modelling and reusable calculations/measures.
- Passion for continuous improvements and change management.
- Motivation to simplify, standardise and continuously improve finance reporting processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets, validate data quality and identify inconsistencies between systems.
