Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior FP&A professional in Warsaw to join the Business Finance Competency Center. This role blends financial planning, analysis and partner management to improve service delivery and financial performance across internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive month-end close, forecast accuracy and dashboard development, while leading data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency expected.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Analyze Orders, Sales and P&L vs prior year, rolling forecast and targets; identify variances.
• Prepare dashboards with meaningful insights and commentary for leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide granular financial data as needed.
• Contribute to business reviews and support decision-making.
• Maintain master data accuracy and support FP&A process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for service delivery improvements.
