Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Staff Finance Auditor in Katowice to join our Internal Audit team. The role involves performing audit procedures, documenting processes, evaluating internal controls, and integrating data analytics to enhance assurance.

Travel up to 25% is required as part of global coverage, with collaboration across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions. You will contribute to SOX compliance, control enhancements, and cost-saving opportunities while building

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant operational and finance experience or auditing experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic & international)

Responsibilities

Perform audit procedures including walkthroughs, sample testing, financial analysis, and investigations.
Work in teams to deliver quality projects and meet deadlines.
Prepare workpapers supporting audit conclusions per standards.
Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls (SOX).
Identify control enhancements, process improvements, and cost savings.
Communicate issues to management with practical recommendations.
Incorporate data analytics into audit procedures.
Develop positive relationships across the organization.
