Job summary

Aon in Kraków is recruiting a Financial Analyst to help drive financial performance across multiple divisions in the EMEA region. This hybrid role offers both virtual and office work in Kraków.

You will support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, delivering insights to influence business decisions and optimize financial performance. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, reporting, and business partnering across multiple units.
• Assist month-end close with data gathering, consolidation, and review of revenue/costs.
• Analyze Income Statement and Balance Sheet for assigned units.
• Review headcount reporting and employee costs and summarize findings.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including templates and planning assumptions.
• Assist in evaluating key initiatives to improve financial performance.
• Deliver management information and financial analysis for several units.
• Prepare monthly business review packs including profitability and revenue analysis.
• Interpret and communicate financial results to stakeholders across the region.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to provide reporting and insights.
