Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking an FP&A professional to support local and global reporting, ensuring data accuracy and strong controls. You will work with BI tools to deliver insightful finance analysis and assist with forecasting and planning activities.

The role requires 3+ years of finance analytics experience in a service delivery environment and a degree in Finance or Accounting. Collaboration with senior FP&A specialists is expected in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 2 years performing finance analysis.
• Experience of working in service delivery model environment.
• Experience in working with BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in PEC activities, global and local reporting as defined by FP&A Lead.
• Ensure processes and controls within own area are designed and implemented in line with HEINEKEN Group requirements.
• Deliver managerial reports ensuring data is complete and accurate using CoE tooling and design.
• Perform financial and technical analysis of reporting with commentary.
• Provide functional and technical support for slice and dice report functionality and analysis.
• Execute assigned managerial accounting actuals and planning tasks on time.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation; ensure SOPs and SLAs/KPIs are met.
• Understand financial impact of plan changes and adjust in reporting tools.
• Support Senior FP&A Specialist and FP&A Specialist in additional activities.
• Prepare basic forecasts and variance analysis; assist in yearly planning and data model maintenance.
• Perform any other task within scope of responsibilities.

Your Daily Tasks May Include

• taking active role in PEC activities, global and local reporting - defined by FP&A Lead
• ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with HEINEKEN Group and unit requirements
• delivering managerial reports ensuring data is complete and accurate leveraging CoE expertise on functional design & tooling functionality
• performing financial & technical analysis of the reporting in scope with first line of commentary
• providing functional & technical support for slice & dice report functionality & analysis for reports in scope
• executing assigned managerial accounting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery
• maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
• understanding financial impact of changes to plan made by Business Control function and accordingly taking ownership of adjusting those in reporting tools
• supporting Senior FP&A Specialist, FP&A Specialist in any additional activities as required
• preparing basic forecasts and variance analysis, supporting more senior roles in yearly planning activities including maintenance of data model
• performing any other task assigned by TL within the scope of functional responsibilities.

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 2 year performing finance analysis
• experience of working in service delivery model environment
• experience in working with BI systems.
