Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team, focusing on period end close, budgeting, and forecasting with insights to drive growth. You will prepare managerial reports and collaborate with the CoE on design and tooling to ensure data accuracy and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, variance reporting, and supporting senior FP&A specialists in planning activities, while maintaining SOPs and ensuring SLAs are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience (including minimum 2 years).
  • Fluency in Italian (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility meet HEINEKEN Group and unit requirements.
  • Deliver managerial reports with complete and accurate data leveraging CoE expertise on design & tooling.
  • Perform financial and technical analysis of reporting in scope with first-line commentary.
  • Provide functional and technical support for slice & dice reporting and analysis.
  • Execute assigned managerial accounting actuals and planning tasks on time.
  • Maintain audit trail and documentation, ensure SOPs updated and SLAs/KPIs met.

FP&A Analyst performs period end close activities, basic financial planning and analysis including analysing financial data, preparing financial reports and forecasts, providing insights to assist in decision-making processes. Identifies process obstacles and inefficiencies, proposing concrete improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and drive the company\'s growth.

Your Responsibilities Would Include
  • ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with HEINEKEN Group and unit requirements
  • delivering managerial reports ensuring data is complete and accurate leveraging CoE expertise on functional design & tooling functionality
  • performing financial & technical analysis of the reporting in scope with first line of commentary
  • providing functional & technical support for slice & dice report functionality & analysis for reports in scope
  • executing assigned managerial accounting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery
  • addressing open issues and supports resolution
  • identifying areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions
  • ensuring application of process standards and procedures
  • maintaing proper audit trail and documentation, ensures SOPs are prepared and updated, ensures service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • understanding financial impact of changes to plan made by Business Control function and accordingly take ownership of adjusting those in reporting tools
  • supporting Senior FP&A Specialist, FP&A Specialist in any additional activities as required
  • preparing basic forecasts and variance analysis, supports more senior roles in yearly planning activities including maintenance of data model
  • performing any other task assigned by TL with the scope of functional responsibilities
You Are a Good Candidate If You Have
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 2 year
  • Fluency in Italian (minimum B2 level)
  • Performing finance analysis
  • Experience of working in service delivery model environment
  • Experience in working with Excel, BI systems
