Job summary

Harmony is looking for the first dedicated marketing hire to own positioning, content, and demand across the company surface. You will craft messaging, build content assets, and run launches, while working directly with the founders to create a scalable growth engine.

You will manage external contractors, shape product marketing, and own the website and campaigns. This is a remote-first role with EU overlap, offering broad influence and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as the first marketing hire at an early-stage B2B company.
• Ability to manage external contractors and vendors.
• Strong English copywriting and messaging skills.
• Product marketing foundation with hands-on execution across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and the story; ensure consistency across website, product, and decks.
• Build the content engine: blog, comparison pages, one-pagers for sales, launches.
• Develop and manage LinkedIn presence for Harmony and founders.
• Own the website: messaging, landing pages, customer stories; continuously improve.
